1. Make sure that the Task ID column is showing in the project table you want to export. MacProject II only exports those columns that are showing. In both the Project Table and the Dependency Table, you must hide unwanted columns that you do not want to export, or they will be included.
2. Collapse the columns in the Project Table that you do not want to export. Follow normal procedures to export the Project Table, using the file format of your choice.

3. Follow the normal procedures to export the Dependency Table, using the same file format used in exporting the project table. If you are exporting the table to another project management application you will probably need to collapse the two name columns.
